Case description

This video shows a case of elderly woman with a large polyp in the rectosigmoid colon. A large stalk with two heads of polyps were removed. Optical diagnosis: Villous adenoma.
Resection: Epinephrine injection for vasospasm, hemostasis, and volume reduction (not much of volume reduction); loop ligation for hemostasis; Coagulation current with slow cutting; Clip application.
Total Procedure time: 2 hours and 58 minutes.
