  1. During the use of the Portal, the Service Provider (MEDtube sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Zlota 59, 00-120 Warsaw) installs cookies in the final device of the Service Recipient.

    • Functional cookies ─ cookies that allow "remembering" the settings selected by the Service Recipients and personalizing the interface of the Service Recipient:

    • Advertising cookies ─ cookies that allow us to provide Service Recipients with advertising content more tailored to their preferences and interests, website visits.
      • Facebook Connect, (_fbp) - Facebook redirection information. Storage period: 3 months. Cookie provider: Facebook.
      • Linkedin, (ln_or) - It is used to determine whether Oribi analyses can be performed in a specific domain. Storage period: 24h. Cookie provider: LinkedIn.
  9. Information collected through cookies installed by Google LLC may be transferred to servers located in the USA, where it is then stored. The transfer of personal data to the US has been secured by the relevant standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
