Impression: Abdominal mass measuring $19.4 \times 13.6 \times 25.5\text{ cm}$, suggestive of GIST (Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor). Hypodense lesions in the right lobe of the liver, suspect liver metastasis DD/ primary liver tumorIsodense lesion at the lower pole of the right kidney, suspect right renal tumor. Paraaortic and parailiac lymphadenopathy. Aortosclerosis and bilateral iliac arteriosclerosis.
