This video case of 52 year old female presented with abdominal pain and discomfort, open cholecystectomy done 5 years back. Investigations revealed cbd calculi with concomitant liver abcess. After ERCP and stenting, laparoscopic choledochotomy and drainage of liver abcess was done, post operative period was eneventful. Patient tolerated liquid diet and semi solid diet, drain was removed, patient was discharged on postoperative day 3.
