Post traumatic giant right diaphragmatic hernia with omentum, small bowel, colon, gallbladder, 5th segment of liver as contents in a 59 year old male with h/o stab injury 27 years back is managed by laparoscopic reduction of hernial contents, repair of defect and mesh fixation.
