A 59 year old female patient with dyspeptic symptoms since 3 years, CECT showed 10*12cms cyst at DJ flexure was managed by laparoscopic excision. Histopathology report suggested benign mesothelial cyst. Mesothelial cysts are rae intra abdominal lesions, so far only 1000 cases were reported in literature.
