Case description

Video case: female patient 36 years presented with eczematoid lesions in her left nipple and areola, her mammography was non-informative, a mediocre surgeon performed repeated excision of the ulcerative lesions because of repeated recurrence which is considered a malpractice .....after referral MRI breast revealed a juxtaareolar suspicious lesion. Grisotti oncoplastic breast procedure was done and the final pathology revealed Paget's disease of the nipple and areola with a mass of DCIS.
