Location: Proximal descending colon
Lesion: Sessile and flat lesion Is and IIa combination
Injection: Saline with Methylene Blue 25 ml; Epi 1:10,000 4 ml
Lift: Good submucosal lift
Resection: Snare: 15 and 10 mm stiff snares
Endocut Q 3-1-3
Piecemeal resection
Hemostasis: Coagulation grasper; soft coagulation 100 W
APC: 0.8 L, 35 W, Forced APC
Clips: Closure with a combination of Cook and Boston Scientific Clips
Duration: 1 hour and 10 min
Pathology: Tubulovillous adenoma with Multifocal high grade dysplasia and intramucosal cancer; no invasive cancer.
