Robot assisted repair of a large, asymptomatic diaphragm hernia through the space of Larrey. Hernia contents included omentum and colon. Reduction of hernia contents was easily accomplished and a tension free GoreTex patch repair was performed. The hernia sac was not excised and the patient had an uneventful recovery with complete resolution of hernia.
