Case description

This is the excision and repair of an ascending aortic aneurysm with root involvement and associated aortic regurgitation. A valved conduit utilizing an OnX valve and Valsalva graft was selected for the repair. The patient had a normal distal ascending aorta allowing for repair to be completed without circulatory arrest. I want to give Dr. Arie Blitz credit, as I have modified my approach some based on his excellent videos and having worked directly together.
