A case of surgical treatment of advanced sigmoidcoloncancer with invasion of the bladderwall and formation of a colovesical fistula is presented. The patient is 56 years old, without concomitant comorbidities. Laparoscopicresection of the sigmoid colon (with D2 lymphadenectomy) and extended resection of the bladder wall were performed.
