A case of surgical treatment of chronic obstructive pancreatitis is presented. The patient is 42 years old. The anamnesis of the disease is about 7 years, presented by the clinic of pain and exocrine insufficiency of the pancreas. The diagnosis was confirmed by computed tomography. Laparoscopic longitudinal pancreatojejunostomy (Puestov procedure) was performed. Operation time 2 hours 40 minutes, blood loss 40 ml. Hospitalization time 5 days. Discharged without complications.
