Case description

A clinical case of correction of an extended stricture of the right ureter. Anamnesis 6 months ago, the patient underwent ureteroscopy and lithotripsy. Subsequently, hydronephrosis developed, and percutaneous nephrostomy was performed. Intraoperatively: prolonged stricture of the right ureter. An appendicular process was used as an autograft. Operation time 2 hours 40 minutes, blood loss 40 ml, discharge for 7 days.
