Case description

The patient is 34 years old.  Hospitalized with a functioning biliary fistula. 6 months ago, a laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed, during which extrahepatic ducts were damaged. (E2 type according to Strasberg). Due to the late diagnosis of the damage, the patient underwent relaparoscopy with external drainage of the hepaticus.  The video shows the performance of laparoscopic hepatojejunostomy. Operation time 2 hours 40 minutes.  Blood loss 50 ml. Inpatient treatment for 6 days. Failure of the anastomosis was not observed.
