Temporal Bone Fracture [left ear]
This patient suffered a temporal bone fracture in the left ear. Note horizontal fracture line radiating from the annulus radiating posteriorly in the 3 o'clock position.
Mono Tonsillitis with Airway Compromise
This patient has acute mononucleosis tonsillitis with massive swelling of the tonsils and enlargement of the posterior pharyngeal airway.
Stone Sublingual Papilla
Note the whitish stone in the sublingual papilla of this submandibular gland. The submandibular duct is not dilated at this time.
Large Mucocoele Lip Drained
This patient who presented with a large mucocoele on the right lower lip has just had it drained. Note the thick layer sticky mucus.
Stone Sublingual Papilla with Obstruction
The stone which has obstructed the submandibular papilla has caused the submandibular duct to become dilated as can be clearly seen on this patient's left side.
Root Abscess and Granuloma
The round lesion protruding anteriorly is the result of a dental route abscess which has drained anteriorly.
Allergic Reaction To Denture
The granular lesion over this patient's hard pallet is an allergic reaction to the material in his denture.
Submucosal Bifid Uvula
The faint groove seen in the midline of this short uvula indicates that there is a submucosal bifid uvula present.
Apthous Ulcer
This is the typical appearance of an Apthous Ulcer. Note the white ulcerated base surrounded by marginal erythema.
Retropharyngeal Abscess
The yellowish swelling arising from the posterior pharyngeal wall is a retropharyngeal abscess.

Oral Candidiasis [Thrush]
The white collection seen on this patient's palate are the result of oral candidiasis secondary to the use of an oral steroid inhaler.
