Case description

A case of a middle aged patient with sessile (IPS) polyp in rectum. Before resection, the lesion was injected with epinephrine and saline with methylene blue. Excision was performed with 15 mm snare and with use of Endocut Q 3-1-4. Pathology revealed Villous adenoma with HGD.
