This particular video shows a a case of a man with a large flat lesion in the rectum found on screening. A 2 cm lesion in the rectum was found. Submucosal injection of Indigo carmine solution and snare resection was performed to remove the lesion. Hemostasis was provided by APC of the bleeding vessels followed by APC of the resection edge to prevent recurrence.
