Case description
This video presents a case of a young patient with large LSTNG tumor of the rectum. Outside report described a lesion as 2 cm in size, however it turned out much bigger in the endoscopy.
A piecemeal EMR was performed, however the risk of harboring cancer in this type of lesion is worrisome. The pathological examination revealed adenoma with multifocal HGD.
