The patient was referred for resection of a polyp located in hepatic flexure. Due to presence of sigmoid stricture and multiple polyps the resection was deferred.
The video shows a resection of a laterally spreading tumor granular type (LST-G) located in caecum. Due to size and location of the polyp, snare resection was insufficient to fully resect it.
