Case description
This is a case demonstrating excision of hydatid in lung and liver in single sitting. We have done 6 such cases of simultaneous excision of synchronous hydatid. This spares the child the morbidity of a thoracotomy and laparotomy. This presentation the KARL STORZ AWARD @ PESICON 2018 New Delhi.
