The film presents laparoscopic unroofing of liver cyst in a 14 year old boy. Resection was completed with the electroscarification of the cyst bottom to avoid recurrences. Procedure was performed in the Department of Pediatric Surgery in Zabrze, Medical University of Silesia, Poland.
