Case description
The film presents laparoscopic repair of the recurrent hiatal hernia using polypropylene mesh as a reinforcement material for hiatal crura. Operations were carried out in a 13-year old boy after 10 years from the primary laparoscopic fundoplication. Procedure was performed in the Department of Pediatric Surgery in Zabrze, Medical University of Silesia, Poland.
