Case description
The movie shows the procedure of direct endoscopic necrosectomy in patient with infected walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN) during active transmural/transgastric drainage. During this procedure endoscope was being inserted many times through transmural stent into necrotic collection and fragment of necrotic tissues were being removed with use of Dormia basket to stomach.
