Case description
The movie shows contrast enhanced computed tomography (CECT) of abdomen in the fifth week of acute necrotizing pancreatitis. An extensive walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN) is visible in the pancreatic and peripancreatic area. Due to symptoms of collection's infection the patient was qualified for interventional treatment.
