Right Colon EMR
Case description
EMR for a 20 mm pedunculated polyp in the right colon with an 8 mm short stalk, NICE classification 2, Connect 2A.
Procedure Steps:
1. Detailed inspection of the lesion for characterization.
2. Submucosal injection with saline mixed with blue dye.
3. Snaring of the stalk followed by resection using (*brand hidden*).
4. Thorough inspection of the resection site for any residual tissue or complications.
5. Closure of the defect to ensure hemostasis and prevent complications.
