Case description
Polyp: Large polyp - sessile and flat components over a fold
Optical diagnosis: Adenoma
Piecemeal EMR using a combination of Epi, saline with Methylene Blue and 15 and 10 mm snares and Endocut Q 3-1-3 and hemostasis, followed by APC 0.8l, 35 W, forced APC.
Total procedure including clip closure (next video) 1:47 hours.
