Case description

Patient: Elderly
Lesion: Polypoid lesion in the center of a flat lesion was cut; flat lesion was not cut; referred for surgical resection. Endoscopic resection was successful.
Endoscope: Colonoscope was tried; but changed to an EGD scope with a longer cap as the lesion was not easily accessible to the colonoscope.
Injection: Saline with Methylene Blue - 7 ml
Lift: Good submucosal lift
Snare: 10 mm stiff snare
Endocut Q 3-1-3; en-bloc cut
APC: 0.8 L; 35 W, Forced APC
Pathology: Tubular adenoma
