This video presents a resection of a subtle LST-NG lesion in the transverse colon in middle age patient. The procedure was conducted in general anesthesia. Piecemeal resection was focussed on the margin for complete resection. The base and the edges were coagulated using APC and clip closure was used to prevent delayed bleeding.
