Case description
This video presents a case of a man reffered to endoscopic resection of a giant colon polyp. Following steps were performed: dilute epinephrine injection for volume reduction, large snare resection of the giant colon polyp, control of bleeding, removal of residual polyp, ablation of microscopic disease at the base and edge of resection, clip closure of the defect to limit complications.
