Case description

This video shows a case of middle aged man with a large transverse colon polyp. Colonoscopy revealed a large sessile polyp 5 cm in size with a short broad based pedicle. Snare resection of the polyp was performed. Argon plasma coagulation of the vessel in the base and of the edges was applied to prevent recurrence. 7 clips were used to close the defect placed at close quarters (going back on dual antiplatelet therapy).
