Case description

The following clip presents an endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) for a sessile polyp on lower rectal valve in middle aged man. The en-bloc EMR was followed by an APC and clip closure. On the 2nd day after procedure there was an event of a rectal bleeding which required hospitalization. Emergent colonoscopy did not show active bleeding from the EMR site it is unclear whether bleeding was from EMR site or diverticulosis
