Case description
This video shows a case of middle aged woman with a large flat lesion in the rectum - a laterally spreading granular tumor. Left lateral position of patient allowed the lesion to be non-dependent and resected specimens to fall away from the operating site and bleeding can be seen easily. Hot biopsy was used for piecemeal endoscopic mucosal resection.
