Case description

This video shows the technique of injection, snare resection, argon plasma coagulation (APC) and clip closure of a sessile serrated adenomas (SSA) - flat lesion tethered from prior failed incomplete snare resection. According to WHO classification of tumours of the digestive system, sessile serrated adenomas, are one of the three main categories of serrated polyps. This classification include a typical hyperplastic polyps, SSAs and traditional serrated adenomas.
