Case description

Video presents a case of patient after colonoscopy. Colonoscopy revealed a rectal cancer; could not go through the rectum to examine the rest of the colon. CT colography along with staging CT abdomen and chest revealed a 1 cm polyp in the ascending colon and two lipomas in the transverse colon.
The polyp was endoscopically removed one day after colorectal cancer surgery.
