This patient is undergoing Aortic ValveReplacement under TEA (Thoracic epidural Anaesthesia). We have done almost 560 cardiaccases under thoracic epidural anaesthesia which included all sort of cases, CABG, Valve replacements and congenital heart diseases. The patients included were as young as 15 years upto 83 year old.
