Case description
In this video case a patient with caecal adenocarcinoma is presented. A laparoscopic right hemicolectomy was performed with an intracorporeal anastomosis side-to-side isoperistaltic anastomosis construction. Postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged on POD 3.
Histology of the specimen caecal adenocarcinoma pT3N0 (0/16).
