Sleeve Gastrectomy Bleeding Control
Case description
This video shows the effect of induced hypertension on the stapler line. With bleeding it it easy to identify the spots risky for postoperative haemorrhage. When such spots are identified, they are controlled with titanium clips. We recommend to avoid elevated systolic pressure after the surgery, but with this technique we believe to minimize the rate of post op bleeding.
