Case description

Surgical video case: a 86 years old patient presented for intermitent upper GIT bleeding. CT scan confirmed a mass in gastric fundus. A resection performed alongside 42 Ch orogastric tube. Resection line controlled with induced hypertension and applying of titanium clips. Postoperative course was uneventful. On histological examination GIST was confirmed with medium mitotic activity and clear resection margins.
