Intracorporeal Anastomosis in Laparoscopic Right Hemicolectomy
Case description
In this surgical video case we present anastomosis construction in a ascending colon cancer patient. Please focus on the holding stith and two layer barbed stitch stapler defect closure. The video does not show the lymphadenectomy, but the histology showed pT3pN0 (0/15) with clear resection margins.
The postoperative course was uneventful and the patien was discharged on POD 5.
