In this short video we present the testing of the gastrojejunostomy in OAGB. Forceps obstructs both afferent and efferent limb while the anestesiologist flushes the nasogastric tube (which is introduced across the anastomosis) with methylene blue dye, then once more with air. While there is no blue color on the swab, there is no need to reinforce the anastomosis or to add any stithches.
