Film presents laparoscopic resection of the giant ovarian cyst in 17 year old female patient. During the operation left ovary was partially preserved. Left fallopian tube was resected because of complete ingrowing in the cyst wall. Procedure was performed in the Department of Pediatric Surgery in Zabrze, Medical University of Silesia, Poland
