Case description

Hoarseness is a very common complaint. It is most commonly caused by a cold or sinus infection. However, hoarseness that persists for more than 2 weeks needs proper ENT evaluation with endoscopy. This patient with chronic hoarseness illustrates LPR (laryngopharyngeal reflux) as well as postnasal drip. These are very common causes of chronic hoarseness.
