Case description

A 62-year-old postmenopausal patient was referred due to an ultrasound image showing thickened endometrium.Outpatient hysteroscopy revealed a polyp occupying the uterine cavity, from which a section was taken for biopsy.The procedure was well tolerated by the patient, who reported a pain level of 2/10 and immediately resumed her routine activities.
