Case description

Patient with secondary infertility of 2 years under evaluation.Hysteroscopy revealed signs consistent with endometritis and a sessile polyp approximately 4 mm in the posterior wall, which was removed with scissors and a grasper for biopsy analysis.The patient tolerated the examination in the office, without vasovagal reaction, and her pain perception was 3/10.
