Case description

22 fr bipolar resectoscope is used for removal of 1 posterior wall and type 2 anterior wall fibroid. Hysteromat is used as continuous suction irrigation system. Use of cold knife bipolar loop has been used to separate fibroid from base. Bipolar coagulation current is used for coagulation of blood vessels. Intermittent evacuation of resected pieces is done. Compression and decompression is used to separate the fibroid and pop in uterine cavity for further resection and complete removal,
