Case description

Video case: young G2P2, 2 FTND had apical prolapse on examination without cystocele rectocele. Laparoscopic hysteropexy was performed by pectineal ligament suspension. Intraoperatively one should look for the level of internal OS. If required shortening of the tape/mesh strip may be done. The post operative results are good. A point should be remembered, there are some patients who may have vaginal portion of vervix long, some would have the total cerviccal length more.
