Case description
Biliary & dudoenal SEMS placement advanced pancreatic cancer with duodenal stricture. Biliary metallic stent followed by a duodenal metalic stent.
Steps:
1: Access to the CBD.
2: Contrast injection
3: Insertion and release of the SEMS biliary stent
4: Contrast injection in the Duodenum to evaluation the length of the structure & the length of of the stent.
5: Passsing the guide wire throw the duodenal structure and looping in jejunum.
6: Insertion of the SEMS duodenal stent and release of the stent under fluoroscopic & endoscopic view.
7: Contrast injection ton control the duodenal lumen after stent deployment.
