Fluoroscopy: 5 cm striture balloon dilatation with a 8-10 mm resstance in the middle of the stricture. Observation reveal a Barrett esophagus with place of high grade dysplasia. Biopsy done.fluoroscopy ant the end of the procedure doesn't show any leakage.
