Case description
A 73 years old woman with acute cholangitis secondary to ampulary obstruction. ERCP with needle knife infudibulotomy, biopsy wasn't contributive. An endoscopic ampullectomy was done and 2 plastics stents were inserted (biliary and a pancreatic).
