Case description

Initially, we decided to defer resection as the polyp was on the right and upper wall and could not access it well; we tried to place the patient in supine and right lateral without much luck. Then we decided to check the rest of the colon to make sure no other lesions were present; on the way back from the cecum, we noted that the polyp location became easily accessible in the lower quadrants for resection. Although there was fresh ulceration from a resection a week ago, we decided to resect it.
